All of our products are being shipped from Denver, Colorado, to all 50 states.
We try our best to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Our Standard Shipping is anywhere from 1-3 Days. We also offer Express Shipping, which is 1-2 Day Shipping.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us as soon as you place an order. This means that we have received your order and are processing your payment for the purchase.
Once an order is processed, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number for your order.

Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check the shipping address you have entered while filling out the order, a correct address has to be provided for the safe delivery of the products. We will send you an order confirmation email, which will include the address that you have entered. If the address appears incorrect in the email, please reply back to the order confirmation email with a correct address.
We are not able to change an address once an order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address as soon as possible, we will do our best to change all the information to ensure your package is delivered safely.
We do not have the power to change an address once the package has been shipped. If a package was shipped to the wrong address, we may receive it back to our warehouse, which we will then refund you a full price or ask you for a correct address. If we don't receive the package back, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you track your package, and it says that it has been delivered but you don't see it at your front door, please contact the carrier who is handling your delivery. They will be able to give you more details on the item, and where it could be. It is most likely going to be at the nearest Delivery Office or Post Office.
If the tracking number states that it has been delivered, and you don't see it at your front door, or it is not at the carrier's office, we will not be responsible for reissuing or refunding for the lost/stolen item.
